Terms of Service

Hype Insight Customer Alerts (“the app”) is an internal team application operated by Hype Insight. Access is limited to invited team members. By signing in to the app you agree to these terms.

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of coordinating the team's response to inbound customer communications. You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to other team members outside your assigned scope, not to attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls, and not to use the app to send unsolicited messages, malware, or otherwise unlawful content.

When you connect a mailbox or chat account to the app, you confirm that you have the right to grant the app read access to that account and that doing so is consistent with any obligations you have to your employer or to other parties who may communicate with that account.

The app is provided on an as-is basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal use.

Access to the app can be revoked at any time by an administrator. On revocation your session is terminated and you lose access to data displayed in the dashboard. Data you synced from connected mailboxes remains subject to the privacy policy.
